NEARI Training Center provides state-of-the-art professional development training in areas of behavior management, staff development, organizational development, and special education. Nationally recognized experts have created effective learning opportunities for the professionals and families who care for emotionally disturbed, traumatized, neurologically challenged, and learning disabled children and adolescents. Training is delivered in two ways, Online Workshops and Classroom Training.
Online Workshops
NEARI Training Center offers nationally recognized online workshops designed by international experts in the sex abuse field.Designed for clinicians, teachers, school counselors, psychologies, parents, probation, and parole officers, or anyone who wants to:- Learn basic or advanced knowledge to address issues of sexual violence, inappropriate sexual behavior or sexually aggressive behaviors
- Stay current in the growing field of sexually abuse assessment, treatment, management and prevention
- Earn continuing education credits
These online workshops can be taken at any time and wherever there is access to a computer with internet access.
NEARI Training CenterClassroom Training
NEARI Training Center offers programs for professionals who work with high-risk youth in residential, day and public school settings and after-school programs. Training programs address issues of behavior management, intervention, and brain-based learning and counseling.The cornerstone of the training program is a 10 day certificate program (syllabus) for professionals working with children and youth with sexual behavior problems.
